Access the Located Record
Once we locate the record, we will notify you by email so you can complete the search and access the digital record found.
You will be able to review the information located and confirm that it corresponds to the marriage record you are searching for.
Obtain the Official Certificate
Once the record has been located and verified, we can manage the issuance of the official marriage certificate issued by the Junta Central Electoral.
We can also arrange the apostille, translation, and international shipping according to the requirements of your process.
The digital record is the record located during the search and does not replace the official certificate issued by the Junta Central Electoral.

If we have not been able to provide an update on your request within 20 business days, you may request a refund. Refunds are normally processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

STAGE 2 · RECORD LOCATED
Complete Your Search and Access the Record
Once your marriage record has been located, we will notify you by email. You can then complete the search and access the digital record found.
The fee to complete the search depends on the age of the record and the level of research required to locate it. After payment, you will be able to review the information found before continuing with the official certificate.
The final search fee is paid only after we locate the record
For marriage records from 1970 that are located with sufficient information to correctly identify the requested record.
For records before 1970 that require historical research and additional verification.
For cases with limited information, an unknown date, or an unconfirmed place of registration.
This payment completes the search and provides access to the digital record found. The digital record does not replace the official certificate issued by the Dominican Central Electoral Board (Junta Central Electoral).
We can continue with the official certificate and, when applicable, its apostille.
