How Much Does It Cost?
The total service fee is US$160, divided into two payments:
- US$95 for the record search
- US$65 for the certificate—fully legalized, apostilled, and shipped internationally at no cost.
How Long Does It Take?
Processing time depends on how accurate and complete the information is.
The more details you can provide (city, approximate date, or a copy/photo of the document), the faster we can move.
- We can typically locate the record within 2 to 7 days.
- After that, we depend on the processing time of the civil registry office. Once they process it, the rest moves quickly.
In most cases, the final document is ready in approximately 6 business days.
.
How to Speed Up the Process
To help us locate your record as quickly as possible, please provide complete and accurate information. Details such as full names, approximate dates, and the specific registry office significantly reduce search time.
If you have document numbers (ID or passport used at the time of registration), the process becomes even faster.
The most effective way to accelerate the search is by sending a copy of the document, even if it is incomplete or damaged—any reference helps.
.
What Can Delay the Process
- Certain factors may extend the overall timeline, such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Older records that require manual searches
- Registry office errors, which may require corrections before the certificate can be issued
- Internal processing times at registry offices, as they are government institutions and may take longer
- Inconsistent data (names, dates, or locations that differ from the original registration)
These factors do not prevent us from completing the service, but they may increase the processing time.
