The search and verification service corresponds only to Stage 1. The official certificate is requested afterward and is priced separately.

For historical records before 1970 when sufficient information about the deceased person and the death is available.
For requests with an unknown date of death, unconfirmed place of registration, or limited information requiring a broader search.
Most searches receive an initial update within 2 to 5 business days. Historical or advanced searches, or searches conducted with limited information, may require additional time.
Providing the deceased person’s full name, approximate date of death, and the location where the death occurred or was registered can help us locate the record more quickly.
If we have been unable to provide an update on your request within 20 business days, you may request a refund directly from our team. Refunds are normally processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

After confirming the information, you can decide whether you would like to proceed with Stage 2: obtaining the official certificate. This service is priced separately and may include issuance of the certificate, legalization, apostille, and international shipping, depending on your needs.
